Mini charcuterie grazing platter with a selection of cheeses and cured meats served with freshly baked garlic bread with homemade dips and spreads

Spaghetti and meatballs with cheese

Main Course

  • Keshi Yena - Slow cooked chicken filled with olives, pearl onions, raisins topped with melted - Gouda cheese in a puff pastry, Italian sauce

  • Garlic Shrimps Skewers - Succulent shrimps marinated in garlic infused oil and grilled to perfection

  • Balashi beef stew - potato, carrot, celery, beef, Italian sauce

  • Mashed patato's with truffels

  • Potato, carrot soup with chicken dumplings

  • Salad Jars  - salad, tomato, carrot, cucumber, and vinaigrette dressing

Dessert

  • Monchou - Dutch style cream cheese cake served in a mason jar with forest fruits.
